The Role

They are seeking to hire a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor 5 years+ PQE into their growing team in Westminster, Central London.

You will be working alongside their existing knowledgeable and experienced team of 7, to help drive the business forward. There is a high level of support from skilled paralegals, allowing the fee earners to concentrate on offering high levels of service, whilst winning and retraining clients.

The work will be broad across a range of industry sectors, making for an interesting role. The caseload will include but not be limited to; contractual, shareholder and company, building work and boundary disputes, injunctions, possession claims, disqualification of directors, rent reviews, lease renewals and extensions and service charges.

There will be the option to work remotely once you have settled into the role.

Requirements

• You will be a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor 5 years+ PQE (there is no upper limit to levels of experience)
• You should have a good billing track record

• Salary is highly competitive and dependant on experience
