The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Associate to join this Top 50 law firms Birmingham office and be part of a wider award-winning Employment group.
Globally the Employment team are across Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, Middle-East and the US. The team is highly ranked across multiple areas of the Legal 500 and Chambers.
You will undertake a range of contentious and general advisory and transactional employment work. You can expect to work on a wide range of areas including but not limited to recruitment, service agreements, executive terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancy and change management, restrictive covenants and complex grievance complaints and investigations.
You will have a great opportunity to establish effective relationships with clients across the global network, contributing to the firm's growth and attending marketing and industry events.
Requirements
- You will be an Employment Associate with 2 - 5 years PQE
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Proven track record working on matters with complexity
- Actively engage in networking and development opportunities
