The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Real Estate Senior Associate with 5 years PQE + to work on a broad range of matters in the Real Estate space. They work with some impressive clients on big ticket work and are growing their Real Estate practice from strength to strength. If you have a small following that would be of real interest, although certainly not a pre requisite for the role.

The Partners and Senior Management team will provide you with ongoing training and advice on how to approach networking and business development allowing you to build your own regional client base over time, should you already have contacts or clients to bring, you will be given full support to ensure an easy transition for them.

You will initially work with within an experienced and highly regarded team, the Partners on their busy and exciting portfolios and support them on larger matters. This opportunity has been created through further growth and consistent success so there is existing work for you be involved in from the very start

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as acquisition and disposal of commercial property, landlord and tenant, investments, land development, secured lending and commercial leases.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor or Senior Associate with at least 5 years PQE
• There is no upper limit in PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge on a range of Commercial Property matters and a strong billings history
• Salary is competitive, based upon experience
