My client is a national firm that focuses predominantly on publicly funded family legal services, employing over 100 staff across the country. They currently have an opportunity for a family solicitor to advise on a full caseload of LAA work.
The role would suit a qualified family Solicitor or CILEx, upward of NQ level, though if you are at NQ level you would need to have previous experience in publicly funded family work as a paralegal. The work consists of publicly funded family law matters and includes non-molestation order and private Children Act work, and therefore someone who enjoys conducting their own advocacy would be an essential requirement.
The firm offers a strong salary and benefits package and offers the provision for home working, ensuring that staff are provided with continuous support.
