Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a reputable practice in Sheffield.
The successful candidate will be either a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer and must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 4 years' experience handling a mixed caseload of residential property files. Non-qualified candidates with extensive experience are also encouraged to apply.
Duties including but not limited to:
- Handling a varied caseload of residential property work including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, transfer of equity and re-mortgage
- Assisting and dealing with complex residential property transactions
- Meeting clients
- Dealing with matters from instruction through to completion with the aid of an assistant/ secretary
You will join a small and friendly ever growing residential property team.
Salary to £45,000, benefits and free parking.
