An experienced Family Fee Earner is sought to join a thriving York team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This permanent role is ideal for a Paralegal or Legal Executive.
Your New Role
The Family Fee Earner will be responsible for running a varied caseload of legal aid matters including:
- Care proceedings
- Domestic violence cases
- Children arrangements
About You
You will be a technically excellent Fee Earner able to present and argue cases confidently and competently. You will be able to take instructions and run a caseload from that point through to archiving with the aid of an assistant.
This position would suit a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in legal aid family work. Experienced Paralegals without qualification will also be considered.
Salary & Benefits
On offer for the Family Fee Earner will be:
- £28,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience & qualification)
