An experienced Family Legal Executive is required to join a respected team in central Leeds. This is a permanent role that can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
Your New Role
The successful Family Legal Executive will be responsible for running a varied caseload of legal aid matters including:
- Care proceedings
- Domestic violence cases
- Children arrangements
About You
This position is ideal for a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with 2+ years' PQE in legal aid family work, but experienced Paralegals without qualification will also be considered.
You will be technically excellent and be able to present and argue cases confidently and competently. You will be able to take instructions and run a caseload from that point through to archiving with the aid of an assistant.
