Your new role

This planning solicitor role will see you provide general planning advice, as well as advise on s106 and s278 agreements. You will be involved in judicial review matters, CPOs and enforcement issues. You will also advise on contaminated land and remediation liability.


What you'll need to succeed

You should be a planning lawyer with 3+ years' pqe. You will have strong technical skills, be a flexible team player and have the ability and desire to be involved in business development initiatives.
