A reputable law firm in the Derbyshire area are looking to appoint a contentious probate solicitor to join them on a part-time basis with a view to developing the work in the department.
Over the last year there has been a noticeable increase in the contentious probate enquiries and as such the firm feel it is time to add a dedicated solicitor who can also take on some general litigation work to begin with.
To be considered, you must have specific contentious probate experience along with the drive and ambition to turn enquiries into new instructions, gradually building up the work within the department. This would suit a contentious probate solicitor with around 4 years’ experience upwards who is open to working part-time initially.
The firm has a really strong reputation in respect of their private client and litigation departments and it will be down to you to establish and educate your colleagues to ensure the cross referral work.
