A commercial firm based in North Yorkshire is looking for a strong Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your New Role
The newly hired Commercial Litigator will cover a plethora of commercial cases and be a key recruit for their relatively small team. Acting for clients including OMBs and SMEs you will cover matters such as:
- Business-to-business disputes
- Contractual disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Injunctions and shareholder disputes
- Property litigation
About You
Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors who demonstrate:
- A background in the above commercial litigation matters
- Some experience of property litigation
- The ability to develop their own client relationships
- Around 5+ years of PQE
Salary
In return, the Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be offered £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
