Legal Counsel - Technology, Singapore, 5-8PQE

Our client, a leading technology comapny is now recruiting a commercial lawyer to be part of a team which supports all strategic and operational issues, and in particular, regional tenders, bids and contract management matters relating to business transactions. Applicants will need to be admitted to a commonwealth jurisdiction and have prior experience working as in-house counsel in a similar environment.

Successful candidates will possess:

• Bar qualifications and ideally 3 years' of in-house experience.
• Mandarin language capabilities to liaise with Asian counterparts.
• Contract management, legal negotiation and experience working on complex commercial contracts.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage key stakeholders and build internal relationships.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and within multi-functional teams.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
