This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Commercial Associate to join their Crawley, Sussex office.
The Commercial team for this legal 500 firm deals with multi-jurisdictional work. They deal with HNW Commercial matters and work with a range of companies, including international fintech firms and bluechip companies.
In this role you will be dealing with a mixed caseload of;
- Software contracts
- IT agreements
- Shareholder agreements
- Data protection
You will be working directly alongside some of the most well-known partners in the industry giving you access to a level of expertise that is hard to find outside of the city.
- You will be a Commercial Solicitor with 2+ years' experience.
- You will be meticulous when it comes to detail
- You should have first-class communication skills
- The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
