A Chambers listed Legal 500 law firm seeks a private client solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join the team in Reading as part of the firm’s succession planning.
The firm is highly regarded due to the high levels of service, expertise and quality it provides to its private clients. The ideal candidate will be capable of dealing with a range of other matters, these include:
This role can be full or part-time and a STEP qualification would be desirable but is not essential.

- Estate administration from start to finish, including intestate estates, and dealing with all Inheritance Tax, income tax and capital gains tax issues arising during the administration.

- Tax planning
- Trust admin
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection work.
