A senior Employment Solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE is required to join the Slough office of employee’s rights firm OH Parsons. The main purpose of this full-time, permanent role is to provide a first-class service to clients in the area of Employment law and to ensure the firm meets its business objections.
The Firm
OH Parsons is a leading Thames Valley employee’s rights firm, acting for individuals across a range of industries and working hard to ensure that their rights are upheld. The team takes deep pride in acting for the everyday working person.
They pursue claims against the largest corporates nationally which means they also work on many of the most important and interesting legal cases available. They also operate an advice line to provide advice to Union officers.
The Role
The team at OH Parsons is eager to recruit a Senior Employment Solicitor to lead their team and take it forwards.
Key duties will include:
- Acting for Claimants in litigated and non-litigated matters and settlement agreements.
- Adhering to procedural funding guideline time limits and providing support to Partners and Senior Solicitors on more extensive and high value matters.
- The opportunity to develop an understanding of financial management of files, WIP, disbursements, billing and profitability and working to meet or exceed set targets.
