In-house counsel - legal tech contract drafting - 6 month FTC

Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a commercial contracts solicitor of 4 year+ PQE with significant in-house experience, to join their in-house legal team. This is a role like no other; your responsibility is to draft commercial contracts which can then be offered to clients of the firm through their automation tool kit. As such, you will need to have exceptional contract drafting skills with the ability to construct complex, high quality draft agreements that can be used by multiple clients.

This role is initially offered on a 6 month FTC. This is the chance to play an integral role in the development and roll-out of this tech product. The law firm has a fantastic culture, offers excellent remuneration and benefits, and really is an enjoyable place to work.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, at least 4 year+ PQE with substantial experience of contract drafting in an in-house setting. You should have worked at leading law firms or leading blue chip organisations.
