This is a stellar opportunity to become part of the construction team within one of Scotland's most highly regraded practices.
The firm is known for it's pragmatic advice on key construction and infrastructure projects as well as offering commercially focused disputes advice; this is an excellent opportunity to join the contentious construction team in Glasgow.
The team advise on all manner of disputes, acting for an array of high profile clients including contractors, developers, engineering companies, public sector bodies, suppliers and insurers. The varied and interesting work includes contract litigation, meditations, arbitrations and defending and pursuing claims in the Sheriff and Court of Session.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained construction experience within a similar position and bring a positive 'can-do' attitude, drive, energy and enthusiasm to the team. Consideration will also be given to those with a big ticket commercial litigation and commercial property background who wish to make a move into the construction sector.
