Description
The Commercial Solicitor will join a growing team and get involved in a variety or commercial work. This will include but not be limited to drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including supply contracts, agency and franchise agreements, outsourcing matters and data protection. You will support the Partners with marketing and assist with supervising juniors.
Profile
You will be a Commercial Solicitor who is working in either practice or Industry. You will have strong academics and be confident handling a variety of commercial matters.
