Locum Family Solicitor – Required ASAP
Fully Remote
£30 to £38 per hour
Our Client, a Legal 500 leading law firm in Somerset are seeking a Locum Family Solicitor to join their team to cover maternity leave. The assignment is due to commence ASAP for a 3-month period.
The successful candidate will be required to assist with a mixed private family caseload including, but not limited to: divorce and separation; financial claims; pre and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation matters.
The caseload is predominantly assisting with medium-high net worth cases so the ideal candidate will preferably have extensive prior experience working with clients of this calibre. Candidates with The Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation or Resolution membership will be particularly favoured.
This well regarded firm, are seeking a full-time locum and are offering a remote working set-up for the foreseeable. The rate on offer is expected to be £30 to £38 per hour, depending on experience.
