The role:

The team specialise in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including:

- Joint ventures
- Business and share sales and acquisitions
- Corporate restructuring
- Constitutional and shareholder issues.

Managing a varied caseload, you will be providing sound advice and guidance on the matters above. Working in this supportive and friendly team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, giving you a solid base to progress in your career.

The ideal candidate:

- Corporate and Commercial Solicitor
- 3PQE+
- Strong technical ability
- Good academics
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident in using your initiative
