A top tier regional Legal 500 law firm is looking for an 3+ PQE Court of Protection Solicitor to expand their team in Berkshire. The team in question have a fantastic reputation having been ranked by both the Legal 500 and Chambers guide to the Legal Profession.
The successful candidate will predominately focus on the following Court of Protection matters;
- Assisting injured parties
- Court panel referrals
- Drafting personal injury compensation trusts
- Drafting applications to the Court of Protection
- Assisting with the purchase and adaption of properties
- Bank account and budgeting reviews
- Liaising with the Court and the Office of the Public Guardian
- Supervising junior members of staff
- Proactive marketing to obtain further work for the Court of Protection team
The successful candidate is required to have held experience within a Clinical Negligence / Catastrophic claims environment.
