This leading Legal 500 firm is looking for a paralegal to join their property team in Exeter.
In this role you will advise on all property matters for farmers and high net worth agricultural clients.
This work is challenging and will include assisting on land, property and farm acquisitions and sales, assisting with property lettings and farm business tenancies, carrying out searches and reviewing titles and documents, drafting of basic property documents, post completion reporting, scheduling, dealing with Land Registry and SDLT formalities. Plus much more!
In this position you will have much client contact from day one and the support of both your immediate team and the wider firm, to include regular and comprehensive training. You will progress and develop.
To apply for this role you should already be a paralegal with property law experience - this can be either residential or commercial property experience. Agricultural experience is not essential, but an interest to develop yourself in this type of work is essential.
