Civil Litigation Lawyer

This highly-regarded and established regional firm based in Norfolk is looking to appoint a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Civil Litigation Legal Executive to their market-leading civil litigation department.

Ideally you will have between newly and three years PQE within Civil Litigation Law and be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with general Civil Litigation caseloads.

Your caseload will include but not limited to covering all aspects of civil litigation to include neighbour/boundary disputes, tenancy disputes and possession claims, consumer issues, property litigation, business/partnership disputes, preparation of employment contracts and debt recovery. 

You will have good solid academics and be able to run your own caseload and possess strong communication skills together with being highly organised and a solid working knowledge of case management systems.
