An highly regarded law firm operating in the East Oxfordshire / Bucks border has a requirement for a experienced, 5 years plus Property lawyer (either residential property solicitor or commercial property solicitor backgrounds) to join their busy team. This role will focus on working with lender clients on all aspects of property transactions so experience in this is highly desirable.
The firm have continued to go from strength to strength and has proven to be extremely resilient throughout the year. The property teams are highly regarded and the firm provide expert advice across a range of services. The teams are very professional but also friendly and supportive, that work in a collegiate manner.
This role will focus on working with lender clients and will include all aspects of the transactional process, including; bridging loans, buy-to-let, commercial and development, legal issues, finances, supporting junior lawyers and handling more complex transactions, liaising with client's agents, borrowers, asset managers, buyers' solicitors, internal depts and any other as necessary.
It is essential that the successful lawyer has experience with leasehold properties and corporate clients. You will have excellent communication skills and will be commercially focused.
