Conveyancing Assistant - Batley
The Firm:

The Role:
You have previous experience working as a conveyancing assistant, supporting a residential conveyancer with a varied residential property caseload which will include:
* Carrying out Land Registry searches
* Drafting sales contracts
* Liaising with clients
* Exchanging contracts
* Requesting redemption statements
* Handling completions
* Post Completion files
Requirements:
-Previous experience assisting with a residential property caseload from inception through to completion
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Able to work well under pressure
