Residential Property - Post Completions Assistant

The team are looking for a paralegal who is able to hit the ground running to join the property team. You will be assisting on sales and purchases, dealing with the post completion tasks, such as liasing with the Land Registry, registrations, requisitions, SDLT etc.

As the successful residential property paralegal, you will be able to show 12 months experience within a residential property team. You must also be able to show that you have good client care skills, be a team player and show that you are able to work to tight deadlines. This firm are known for being encouraging and supportive with career progression.
