JOB TITLE: Housing Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years

THE ROLE:
This specialist team provide all aspects of legal advice to clients within the Housing sector and is seeking additional talent to join the team to handle dispute resolution work. You will be responsible for a wide range of housing related litigation, advising on matters including anti-social behaviour, disrepair, possessions and injunctions. You will be encouraged to work with senior team members exploring and developing new business for the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE advising clients within the housing sector including housing associations and landlords, ideally with a proven track record dealing with litigated matters. Our client is looking for candidates who are able to deliver clear and authoritative advice and strong recommendations to clients, often under significant time pressure. The role will offer the opportunity to develop leadership skills within their highly motivated and ambitious team, and will require you to demonstrate you have the ability to proactively develop client relationships and drive forward the development of yourself, the team and firm.
