We have just had another meeting with the client this week and we now have the green light to commence work on this vital piece of recruitment for them.

As a result of succession planning in the medium term they have a need in the next 12-24 months to bring in another ambitious and experienced lawyer to join the team to continue their success, and this really is the best of all worlds as the successful individual will likely join at Partner level, but doesn't need a following necessarily to do so, and they will inherit a key role in a very successful, established, profitable team, who can point to a loyal and exciting client base that is both local and wider SW-regional.

Realistically you will need to be probably at least 5 or more years PQE at this stage in your career and you will be at a point where you are looking for the next big opportunity, the next chance to take another big step forward. The salary level being discussed at the moment is strong and competitive, and the chance to join as a Partner, and all alongside the chance to settle and live and work in one of the most beautiful parts of the country, but still dealing with really good quality and varied Corporate work.
