JOB TITLE: Criminal Duty Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 1+ PQE
LOCATION: Warwickshire
SALARY: Dependant on experience
OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
The successful Criminal Duty Solicitor will join a busy team and will be responsible for the handling of a mixed caseload of criminal duty matters. The team act on a variety of criminal matters including murder, violent crime, sexual and drugs offences, fraud, theft and damage, to motoring and regulatory offences.
THE CRIMINAL DUTY SOLICITOR:
The ideal Criminal Solicitor will be duty qualified or will have higher rights of audience. The successful Criminal Duty Solicitor will have solid experience working in criminal law, demonstrating diligence and a strategic approach. The appointed Criminal Duty Solicitor should be flexible and able to attend the police station out of hours.
