Our client is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its busy team. This role is not on hold and the firm is keen to push on with recruitment now.

Description

We are working with a Midlands law firm based outside of Birmingham city centre who are looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join their team.

The team and firm remains busy and are committed to recruiting despite the challenging external market conditions.

This is an opportunity to join an established team with a strong pipeline of work due to word of mouth and aa loyal client base. You would be joining a team of experienced lawyers working on a mixed caseload which would include advising high net worth individuals on complex trusts and tax work.

This would not be an opportunity for somebody who immediately wants to manage a team but there would certainly be long term progression opportunities for somebody who wanted them.

The firm has a friendly culture and a genuine work/life balance so this would suit somebody who was perhaps at a bigger firm wanting to reclaim some balance. The team would consider somebody on a part-time basis and they have also embraced remote working so would be happy to discuss this, although office presence would be needed for most of the time.

The team has an affluent client base so they do need the solicitor to have experience acting for higher net worth individuals and have the ability to assist on the tax and trust work.

Profile

It's likely that you will have at least 3y PQE as a qualified solicitor advising on Private Client matters. Ideally the team need somebody with grounding in acting on trusts and tax work.
