As a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner at this leading property firm in central Leeds, you will independently manage your own portfolio of cases. You will have the opportunity to gain experience across a diverse range of cases, and your portfolio may include freehold and leasehold transactions as well as new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties.
The successful Conveyancing Fee Earner will manage a portfolio of cases from initiation to completion, carry out investigation of title checks, provide support to Conveyancing Assistants and build strong relationships with clients and third parties.
