The role

The firm are seeking to Employment Lawyer to strengthen their offering based in Brighton, Sussex.

In this position you will be working alongside a team of leading Employment partners. They are ranked Tier 1 across the Employment practice. Their client range includes local businesses, national clients and international blue-chip companies. They deal with both respondent and claimant work, the former being the main focus of their work

This department deals with a varied and broad level of Employment work including:

• TUPE
• Employment disputes
• Corporate Support
• HR Support

This firm have a clear vison for the employment team and they are looking to grow at the lateral level to enhance their already impressive offering. The team currently stands at 8+ ranging from associates to partners.

Requirements

• You will be a Employment Solicitor and you will be 2-5 years PQE
• You will be looking to join a commercially minded regional heavyweight firm
• You will have the drive to join a heavy hitting department housing some of the best lawyers outside of London
