Residential Property Conveyancer - With multiple offices in Surrey and Southwest London, our client, a Top 200 and Chambers ranked practice is now seeking a 2+ PQE residential property lawyer, either solicitor or legal executive to join their team at their Surrey offices.
About the Role
This firm boasts a large and comprehensive property department. They act for all manner of clients on every aspect of conveyancing. This includes, property and land ownership, acquisition, sale, lease and development. You will be advising and supporting clients on all matters relating to residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion and registration, including purchases, transfers and re-mortgages.
Candidate Requirements
They are now looking for an experienced lawyer who is:
- 2+ years PQE
- Commercially aware
- Has strong business development skills
- Organised, efficient and works well as part of a team
