Litigation Solicitor – This highly regarded regional law firm with an outstanding reputation is now looking for a further litigation lawyer, either Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their dispute resolution team at their West Kent office.
About the Role
Your role will be to manage a busy caseload of mixed civil litigated cases with an emphasis on property disputes. The team act on a range of matters, including, consumer disputes, Landlord and Tenant matters, adverse possession claims and boundary disputes.
Candidate Requirements
They are ideally looking for a candidate with at least 3 years’ experience of managing a similar caseload within a top regional practice. You will be expected to work with minimal supervision and be able to address matters efficiently whilst assisting Partners on more complex cases. Therefore, good organisation and communication amongst the team are essential.
