The Role

This leading local firm are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing practice based in Irlam, Greater Manchester

You will have a mixed and varied caseload dealing with sales and purchases, mortgages, equity release, transfers of equity, right to buy and help to buy transactions as well as more complex matters include shared ownership and new builds.

The Residential teams are one of the largest in the South Manchester area, standing at over 30 members of staff.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner with 3 years + PQE
• Experience dealing with your own Residential Conveyancing Caseload from file inception to completion
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail

Remuneration

• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience
