Residential Solicitor - This well-established, firm, who have grown steadily over the last 50 years are now looking for a further residential solicitor to join their Reading office.
About the Role
Located in an affluent and fashionable town centre, you will be handling a busy caseload of HNW transactions including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Lease extensions
- New build
- Right to buy
- Shared ownership
- Transfer of equity
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a conveyancer with at least 3 years PQE, solid track record, enthusiasm and who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate’s technical knowledge will need to be excellent as will their communication skills.
