A strong regional practice is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join its Newcastle office on a full-time, permanent role.
Your New Role
The Corporate Solicitor can expect to be involved in matters such as:
- Large and small mergers
- Acquisitions
- Private equity
- Commercial contracts
- Joint ventures
About You
Ideal candidates will be qualified Solicitors with 2-8 years’ PQE and be able to work on corporate transactions both independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
This team is Legal 500 listed and can offer continued promotion prospects and a mixed case load to the successful Corporate Solicitor. You’ll also be offered £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
