An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 5+ years PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to replace a retiring Solicitor in this succession planning role with an established high street law firm in a beautiful location in West Dorset. The firm continues to go from strength to strength and is looking for a senior hire where you will be handed an existing client base and files from the outset. This is a critical hire.
You will handle an array of quality instructions whilst also being at the forefront of the development of the team and overall offering. The caseload comprises of 50% Residential Conveyancing and 50% Commercial Property.
You will be very experienced in dealing with a variety of instructions from start to completion. The caseload is diverse, and you'll be supported by the team. Marketing and business development are key in order to gain new business and grow the department.
