The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate to join this well recognised leading Hedge Funds team in their City of London office

The funds and financial service team are recognised across the legal 500 in the upper tiers and have been internationally recognised as a formidable group. The group have experts across fund formation, financial services regulation, trading, corporate structuring and transactions. As a group they working with some of the leading banking groups, wealth and asset managers, general insurance and life assurance as well as other financial institutions.

You will be:

• Working for asset managers and financial institutions, setting up hedge fund structures in a variety of jurisdictions
• Working on both onshore and offshore
• Advise on the structuring, establishment UCTIS and AIF's availing a variety of structures and asset classes.

Requirements

• You will be a solicitor between 1-3 years PQE
• You will have experience or good exposure to hedge funds
• Confident and embracing business development
• Commercial driven
