A new exciting opportunity for a Court of Protection Paralegal has arisen in Manchester with the chance to join a market leading Court of Protection department. This is a new role to join our client’s growing team as the workload expands in line with continued success.
You will provide support to a senior solicitor and work will include professional deputyship work, attending client meetings to take notes and to action matters arising, Court of Protection applications and litigation, research and drafting and attending Court with solicitors or Counsel.
You should have at least one year's experience as a paralegal in Court of Protection or Clinical negligence work, in an assisting role to a senior lawyer, so that you already have a thorough grounding in the duties of a paralegal.
You will be encouraged to develop your skills and knowledge, through mentoring and structured training with the firm offering a transparent development pathway.
Salary and benefits will be commensurate with previous experience and expertise.
