Corporate/Commercial Solicitor - Worthing, West Sussex
An established and growing law firm in Worthing, West Sussex are looking for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join their growing commercial department.
Your role will be to handle a broad range of corporate/commercial matters including sales and purchases of business, M&A, share buy backs, corporate finance and corporate restructuring. In addition, you'll have involvement in non-transactional matters including company formation, shareholder and partnership agreements, trading and funding agreements and general business advice.
The firm have a well developed client base ranging from family run entities to SME's and corporate businesses.
You must be a qualified Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in handling a range of matters. You'll likely be working at a similar progressive law firm and be able to draft legal documentation such as Contracts, Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Shareholder Agreements. You'll be client focused and be happy to undertake business development/marketing for the commercial department. A following of work would be a distinct advantage although not essential.
