This is an established private practice Berkshire-based law firm specialising in Litigation, Family, Corporate Commercial, Commercial/Residential Property and Inheritance Protection.
The firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 5+years PQE to pick up an existing mixed caseload of Corporate, Company and Commercial law matters.
The work is largely retained work from the firm’s long-standing clients, together with some internally referred business from the Commercial Contracts and Commercial Property Departments.
Work will include dealing with and advising on:
You will be joining a team of 3 partners and 3 Associates. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills and be naturally adept at remaining calm under pressure.
