A Residential Development Solicitor is sought for a fantastic opportunity working within a leading national law firm who boast an outstanding reputation for their commercial property (real estate) and residential development offering across the North West and indeed UK wide.
The residential development team based out of their central Liverpool office provide a wide range of services on all aspects of property for both the public and private sector. Due to ongoing success and development of the residential development team, they seek a talented and experienced Solicitor to play an integral part within the team.
You will be a qualified Solicitor (guideline of 2 - 4 years PQE) with a solid background in handling Property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will have worked within a reputable department and gained experience on dealing with the full spectrum of residential development transactions including acquisition and development matters.
You'll be given full responsibility for your own caseload of files, dealing with high quality work on behalf of some of the leading developers in the UK including: development agreements and associated construction, planning and site disposal matters, funding arrangements, freehold transfer, lease renewals and more. You'll work closely with the other experienced Solicitors and Partners within the department, also assisting on files as and when necessary.
