This law firm is recruiting into a very busy family law department in Bristol. The team advise on privately funded family law to include divorce, separation, financial settlements, cohabitation and children matters.
Certainly for the time being, unusually, you will never be required to do any business development!
The team have grown significantly over the last few years and continue to be extremely busy. They are therefore searching for a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years experience advising on a family law caseload.
Those from both private and public family law backgrounds are encouraged to apply. You will inherit a caseload and will likely have paralegal support from day one.
This can be offered as a full time work from home role. Ideally you should be based in the South West region as team meetings will take place in the Bristol office - Covid 19 allowing, of course! You will have regular video catch ups with the team. You may of course prefer to be entirely office based or work a mixed week from home and in the office, which is also fine.
There is also the possibility to flex your working day to suit your needs (i.e. early or late starts/finishes). This is a full time role.
Salary up to £60k + parking space and excellent benefits including gym membership.
