EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR / LEGAL EXECUTIVE - SHROPSHIRE -

An exciting opportunity for an Employment Law Solicitor with a good degree of experience gained at a reputable regional firm. This is an excellent new position offering great benefits, at a very successful firm offering a first class service to their clients.
The role will involve providing a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law advice to a broad and healthy client base. Experience acting for respondents is highly desired in this role, as you will be advising employers on issues such as HR matters, employee grievances, employment claims such as discrimination or unfair dismissal, and settlement agreements. As such you will need to have a solid employment law background in a comparable role at an established law firm.
You will be a key part of the Employment Team and therefore you will be involved with business development activities and the strategic direction of the department. A good working knowledge of case management systems and strong IT skills will be a bonus.
