Long established Midlands firm seeks a Senior Childcare Solicitor to join their expanding family law team.
You can be based in either their Leicestershire or Warwickshire office and you will be the lead care lawyer within the team. You must possess sound technical expertise across all aspects of publicly funded care work and be confident working independently. In addition, you must meet the Family Law Legal Aid Supervisor Standard and be Children Panel accredited (or be willing to work towards this).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines is essential as well as having the ability to develop the existing caseload. You will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the care department within the firm.
