The Role

The firm is seeking a Construction Solicitor to join their modern, and growing Manchester Leeds centre office.

The firm is unrivalled in the size and breadth of clients, covering a variety of funders, developers, contractors and sub-contractors. Project sectors include mixed use developments, housing developments, energy and renewables, infrastructure, retail and office development to make for a very interesting role.

You will work on a range of non-litigated matters such as the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, initial procurement and strategic advice on risks following completion.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.

Requirements

  • You will be a Construction Solicitor with 6 years + PQE
  • You will be used to dealing with a non-contentious caseload
  • The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
