Fantastic new opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join an established practice in Cambridge or Bedford.

Applicants will be qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with experience handling a full Residential Conveyancing caseload from start to finish. You will have ideally handled a broad range of property matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, re-mortgages, new build and transfers of title. Candidates will be personable and able to communicate at all levels. You will have excellent attention to detail, being able to handle files with minimal supervision.
