This is a fantastic role with a leading Legal 100 Surrey-based firm which is looking to acquire a technically strong junior corporate solicitor with at least 1 year’s post qualification experience.
You will be joining a large team that is rated in the top tiers of both Chambers and Legal 500, supported by specialist teams in banking, finance, intellectual property and tax.
The work is instructed from major international clients, from PLCs to mid-tier businesses, and you will advise in M&A, private equity, fund raising, corporate advisory, restructuring and insolvency across the UK, Europe and internationally.
If you are a corporate solicitor with strong academics (2:1 at degree level or equivalent) or currently working in the City and want to cut your commuting time without compromising on the quality of transactions, then this is an opportunity not to be missed.
