Joining a department with talented individuals you will learn so much from solicitors who advise charities, individuals and professionals.
This is a chambers rated team handling specialist matters relating to multi-million pound estates, with specific reference to inheritance tax, wills and estoppel claims.
You will have trained and gained experience in a noted team handling contentious litigation matters at a well known team.
You should have excellent academics with contentious trust and probate experience.
You will have a strong litigation background, have some contentious trust or probate experience, have undertaken or be willing to undertake the ACTAPS Course and have an analytical brain with good communication skills.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Salisbury area.
