A business minded Commercial Property Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with an established, North London based law firm. Applications are invited from Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 5 years PQE managing a broad caseload of commercial matters for a varied SME and OMB client base.
An established law firm with an excellent reputation in the locality my client delivers a high quality legal service to local and regional business and the individual.
The successful commercial property solicitor will be expected to hit the ground running and will be working on a caseload of 20 - 30 files across commercial finance with experience in bridging finance preferable.
Applications are invited from ambitious Commercial Solicitors and residential solicitors looking to start making a name for themselves amongst the local and regional business community. Candidates should possess at least 5 years experience managing general commercial matters in a local or regional setting and be confident in their ability to communicate with their client base.
